These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the takaboos platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the rules set out in this document. Players must be 18 years or older.

All players must be 18 years of age or older and must be registering on their own behalf. One account per person is permitted. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and takaboos ("we", "us", "the Platform", "takaboos") governing your access to and use of all products and services offered via the takaboos website and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
By completing the account registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox during onboarding, making a first deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform.

These Terms are published exclusively in English. In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the definitive reference. takaboos operates as an English-language platform serving the Bangladeshi market, and all communications, legal documents, and terms are issued in English.
18+ Age Requirement: Use of the takaboos platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. If you are under 18 years of age, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or attempt to use any of its services. takaboos enforces age verification for all accounts and will immediately suspend any account found to belong to an underage individual.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
To register an account and use the takaboos platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an active account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. takaboos operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
- You must be registering the account in your own name and for your own personal use. Registering an account on behalf of another person — or allowing another person to use your account — is prohibited.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of any employee of takaboos or any of its technology, payment, or game-studio partners, where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether imposed by you voluntarily or by takaboos — at the time of registration or at any point during active account use.
takaboos reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to, a valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or a birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by the Platform may result in account restriction or suspension.
Where takaboos has reasonable grounds to believe that an account is held by an individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria, including but not limited to age requirements, the Platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, conduct a full review of account activity, void any open bets or pending transactions, and withhold any funds pending the outcome of the review.
3. Account Registration and Verification
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the takaboos platform. The simultaneous operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, takaboos reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when completing the registration form. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, your valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a functioning email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Any changes to your registered details must be reported to the takaboos support team promptly.
3.3 KYC Identity Verification
takaboos operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud requirements. Before a withdrawal request can be processed, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
- A clear photograph or scan of your valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) — both front and back sides
- A valid passport (photo page)
- A selfie photograph holding your identification document alongside a handwritten note with the current date and "takaboos"
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered name and number)
takaboos reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including during routine account reviews or where unusual account activity has been detected. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the takaboos Privacy Policy.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. takaboos strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to your registered Bangladeshi mobile number. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the takaboos support team immediately via live chat or by emailing support@takaboos.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
takaboos currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking), Upay (UCB Bank), Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change.
4.2 Own-Name Payment Requirement
All payment methods used on takaboos must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made from a payment method registered to a third party will not be credited and may be returned, subject to applicable processing fees. Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that match the verified identity of the account holder. This policy is enforced without exception to protect players and prevent fraudulent transactions.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the takaboos account balance within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take slightly longer depending on the issuing bank's processing time. takaboos does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which takaboos accepts no responsibility.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed following successful completion of KYC identity verification. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to be completed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. takaboos reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which are defined within the Platform's cashier documentation.
4.5 Restricted Transactions
The following transaction activities are prohibited and will result in account suspension: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute via your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been credited; using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials; structuring deposits to circumvent transaction monitoring; and depositing funds that are derived from any illegal activity.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Placing Bets
All bets placed on the takaboos platform are final once confirmed. Players must ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and market type — are correct before confirming. takaboos does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where a clear technical error has occurred on the part of the Platform.
5.2 Obvious Errors and Palpable Mistakes
In the event that odds, paylines, or payout multipliers are published due to a technical error, data feed malfunction, or human error — resulting in a price that is materially inconsistent with the true market price — takaboos reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. This applies to both sports betting markets and casino game results where a certified RNG malfunction has been identified and verified.
5.3 Prohibited Betting Activities
The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on the takaboos platform:
- Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across markets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
- Bonus abuse: Structured use of bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements or extract value without genuine gameplay risk.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, live table games, or any other multiplayer format.
- Match-fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have influence over the outcome, or using information not in the public domain to gain an unfair advantage.
- Automated betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
takaboos employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited betting patterns. Where prohibited activity is identified, takaboos reserves the right to void all affected bets, withhold all associated winnings, and permanently close the account without notice.
5.4 Game Fairness
All casino games available on takaboos are provided by licensed and independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in these games are certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. takaboos does not modify game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified RNG-based game.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
takaboos offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Behaviour considered to constitute bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to negate risk while meeting wagering requirements; withdrawing immediately after meeting the minimum wagering threshold using low-risk play patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming; and using a VPN or IP masking tool to claim a geographically restricted offer.
Where bonus abuse is identified, takaboos reserves the right to remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it, restore the account balance to its pre-bonus state, and in serious or repeat cases, permanently close the account.
6.3 Seasonal and Special Promotions
takaboos periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with significant events in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are available for a limited time, are subject to their own specific terms, and may be withdrawn or modified at the Platform's discretion without prior notice.
7. Responsible Gaming Policy
takaboos is committed to promoting responsible gambling and ensuring that gaming remains an enjoyable, controlled, and safe form of entertainment for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are available to every registered player from the account settings panel:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon being set. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they become effective.
- Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to review your session and make a deliberate decision about whether to continue.

8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your takaboos account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@takaboos. Upon receiving a valid closure request, takaboos will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the payment method on file before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by takaboos
takaboos reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
- Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
- Evidence of underage gambling
- Engagement in prohibited betting activities as defined in Section 5.3
- Initiation of a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
- Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward takaboos staff or other players
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
Where an account is suspended or closed by takaboos due to a breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, takaboos reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. takaboos will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address prior to applying a dormancy policy. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as specified in the Platform's fee schedule, which is available on request from the support team.
8.4 Governing Terms and Amendments
These Terms & Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and takaboos with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and representations. takaboos operates as a safe and reliable platform built for adult Bangladeshi players, with SSL encryption, fair play certification, and a commitment to responsible gaming embedded into all Platform operations.
